Submit Your Book

Please read this very carefully to submit your book to GrownUp Girlfriends

There are two requirements to have your book listed on GrownUp Girlfriends. The book must be sold online, and meet the needs of our visitors on grownupgirlfriends.com. If your book meets those requirements, please read below for submission instructions. We do not guarantee we will list your book and reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.

Due to the overwhelming requests from companies to have their books listed on our website, the following information must be completed correctly. If any of the information is incorrect, missing, or images/photographs are too large or too small, it will result in not being listed on GrownUp Girlfriends. Complete the following information for each product you are submitting and put in a Word document and attach it as a file in an email along with your product image/photograph. Make sure to complete this exactly how you want it listed on the website; once your product is listed, we do not go back and make changes. Please see the example below of how it should be done.

Once your information is received, it can take up to one week to be listed. Currently, there is a fee of $15 to list your book on our website. Because of the high volume of visibility from our public relations and marketing efforts, there are constant promotional opportunities for our retailers that we will inform you about.

Name of product:  Bracelet

Name of company: ABC Designs

Price of product: 130.00

Web page link (url) to the exact page where the product is sold (not the home page): http://www.abcdesignsjewelry.com/Merchant

Jpeg image/photograph of the product with dimensions of 150 pixels in height by 150 pixels in width (if not exact, very close to that size). The image/photograph file name must include the name of the company and product and be attached as a file in an email. Use underscores instead of spaces and the file extension (jpg) must be lower case (ABC_Designs__Bracelet.jpg).*

*If you are unable to resize your image/photograph, GrownUp Girlfriends offers this service at $25.00 per image/photograph.

A separate email stating that GrownUp Girlfriends has permission to use the image/photograph: ABC Designs gives GrownUp Girlfriends permission to use the images/photographs of products and company name.

Please include your contact information in one of your emails: full name, email address, business phone, cell phone (if desired), and business address.

Occasionally our blog may be used for book review/editorial and featuring/interviewing companies.

If you would like to submit your book for review, and the possibility of having it featured in our Chic Lit Section of Website please send a copy of your book and press release to GGF, PO Box 122, Burnt Hills, NY 12027

We cannot guarantee that all books will be featured. Because we will need to use the product in order to review it, copies of books will not be returned.
