Calling all Grown Up Girlfriends in the Capital Region Area in NYS!
We will be hosting our second get together for women to learn more
about the website, its direction, upcoming events and just plain
getting together for some great food and “chat time!” Mark your

meeting in the Latham area from 5PM – 8 PM for a little Grown Up

Our Blog Talk Radio program
is becoming a regular icon! We are hosting conversations with two
great Grown Up Girlfriends in the first part of the month.
Join us live on June 9th at 2 PM to hear Melissa
Pasch, author of 1000 Little Bites. She will be sharing
her story and how she discovered healing in her personal journey of
overcoming the hurtful comments and negative words that come at us
through life.
On Monday, June 16th at 2 PM we will be chatting with
Paula Chaffee Scardamalia author of Weaving of a
Woman’s Life. Paula is a professional
weaver, author and workshop leader concentrating on the art of
weaving the thread of life connecting spirituality, intuition,
journaling techniques and more…
